Ya han terminado las obras del cerramiento metálico exterior del centro Azorín, situado en el barrio de Vereda de los Estudiantes.
Dichos trabajos fueron solicitados al Ayuntamiento por la asociación de vecinos del barrio para proteger dicha instalación municipal del vandalismo. De esta forma, se impide que durante las últimas horas del día salten personas a su interior con el objetivo de deteriorarlo.
La obra, en la que se ha invertido 23.000 euros, ha supuesto aumentar la altura del cerramiento exterior, de 300 metros de perímetro, de forma que su altura total es de 2,25 metros sobre el muro exterior.
